Your Mission
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with B2B clients in the FMCG sector, with a focus on beauty products
- Leading negotiations with both national and international customers
- Developing and executing effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive category growth
- Analyzing market trends, product performance, and pricing opportunities to continuously optimize assortment presentation and expand brand presence
- Collaborating closely with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market developments
- Monitoring sales performance and delivering regular, data-driven reports to management
- Ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Logistics and Finance to align efforts and act in the company’s best interest
Your Profile
- Proven experience in international account and sales management, ideally with an established B2B client network in the FMCG sector - especially within wholesale, retail, and trade
- Strong passion for FMCG and sales, complemented by solid expertise in business development
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- High level of enthusiasm, excellent presentation skills, and a confident, communicative personality
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
