Inside Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Intensive handling of matters and inquiries from customers worldwide as well as support of sales representatives in sales activities
  • Preparation of quotations, cost estimates, processing and monitoring of incoming orders from order to delivery, in particular for our spare parts department
  • Ensure communication with all relevant internal interfaces as well as external contacts in case of customer inquiries requiring clarification
  • Carrying out price controls
  • Maintenance of the customer file and application of the CRM system Salesforce
  • Compilation of statistics and handling of correspondence and administrative tasks

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed technical training with commercial experience OR successfully completed training as industrial clerk with technical background
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, gained in an industrial company
  • Very good knowledge of English (at least C1) and good knowledge of French (at least B2), both written and spoken
  • Other foreign languages from the European area (e.g. German) are an advantage
  • Good PC skills such as Word, Excel, Outlook
  • First experience with an ERP system is an advantage
  • Independent, responsible and committed with a high degree of customer and service orientation
